Enable Apps from Unknown Sources
Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Turn on 'Apps from Unknown Sources'.
Note: If Developer Options is hidden, go to Settings → My Fire TV → About, then click 'Device Name' 7 times.

Install Downloader App
From the Firestick Home screen, search for 'Downloader' and install it (official orange icon app).

Download TiviMate (Recommended)
Open Downloader, enter URL: https://tinyurl.com/tivimate-apk. Download and install TiviMate Player.

Add Your Playlist
Open TiviMate → Add Playlist → API Connection. Enter the Server URL, Username, and Password sent to your email. Click Next and wait for channels to load.
Troubleshooting Tips
Channels not loading
Check your internet connection first. Restart your Streaming app or device. If issue persists, check if your credentials contain any extra spaces.
Buffering issues
We recommend at least 25 Mbps for 4K. Use an Ethernet cable instead of WiFi, and close other apps running in the background.
Auth Failed
Double-check your Username and Password. If your subscription recently expired, contact support to renew instantly.
